Purchase of Products and Returns Policy

We accept full responsibility for any fulfilment errors (ie. incorrect size, item, quantity, or style). In this case, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. Please send us your order number, as well as a photo of the contents of your order and the included packing slip. To ensure a timely resolution, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of delivery receipt.

Please make an informed decision, as we do not provide refunds for change of mind.

Xpress Harness may, at their sole discretion, provide an exchange or refund on the return of the Product within 30 days when the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any exchange or refund pursuant to this clause.

To exchange or receive store credit, you must return the item to us in unused and unworn condition at your own expense. 

Orders cannot be cancelled and refunded once they have shipped.

Warranty

Xpress Harness's products are backed by guarantees that adhere to Australian Consumer Law. If the Product is damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. You are also entitled to have the products replaced if they are not of acceptable quality but do not constitute a major failure (the 'Warranty').

You may file a warranty claim (the 'Warranty Claim') under this clause for material defects and workmanship in the Products within 6 weeks of purchase (the 'Warranty Period').

To make a Warranty Claim during the Warranty Period, you must provide Xpress Harness with proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase, the price paid, as well as a detailed description and photographic evidence to support the claim.
