If you need to update any details for an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to assist. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before shipping. We are not liable for orders placed with incorrect products or shipping information.

Because shipping times are estimates provided by our courier companies, Xpress Harness cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays after shipment. Delays do happen from time to time due to uncontrollable factors, but please be aware that we will do everything we can to minimise any inconveniences.
